Self catering cottage prices are per cottage per week but please also look at the notes below for fuller explanation of our pricing structure.

 Notes and small print

1. All prices are quoted per cottage per week, Kiri and Jasper from Saturday 3.30 pm to Saturday 10.00 am, Norton and Smiddy from Friday 3.30pm to Friday 10.00am.
2. All linen and towels are included in the price
3. Additional beds in the cottages are priced at £30.00 per week
4. Dates booked will be subject to confirmation
5. Long weekends or part weeks: 2 nights 50%, 3 nights 65%, 4 nights 75%, 5 nights 85%
6. 5 % discount maybe given on the above prices for second and subsequent visits of a week or more
7. Electricity is metered and paid for at the end of the stay, the first £10 worth is free; wood for the log-burners is included within the above price.
8. Well behaved dogs are allowed at £20.00 per week or £4.00 per night.
9. Horses and Ponies on a DIY basis, with stable, use of tack room and grazing at 40.00 per week or £7.00 per night.
10. Meals and shopping will be invoiced at the end of the stay.
11. We reserve the right to enter the cottage if necessary during your stay. 
12. We do take the following cards for any payments that are due but reserve the right to add a small surcharge for any transactions that are less than £20.00.
