Booking conditions

A non-returnable deposit of £100.00 per week per cottage is payable on booking.

The balance is payable six weeks before the start of the holiday. Non-payment of the balance in advance shall be deemed to be a cancellation of the booking. For bookings made less than six weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on booking.

Telephone, fax or e-mail reservations will be held for one week pending receipt of the booking form and deposit. Booking confirmations will be made in writing.

Once confirmed the guest will be liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation. We do not accept bookings from those under eighteen years old unless guaranteed by an adult. For your protection we strongly recommend you take advantage of an insurance policy.

In the event of cancellation we will make every effort to re-let your booking. If the accommodation remains unoccupied we are entitled to retain your deposit and ask for a further payment to compensate us for our loss.

Well-behaved pets are accepted on the understanding that they are kept under control and at no time are they left alone in the cottages. It is the owners responsibility to clear up any mess that they create and dispose of it.

The use of the accommodation and its amenities is entirely at your own risk. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to person or personal belongings, cars or their contents.
The owners accept no liability for any short-term equipment failure or problem beyond their control.
You will be liable for any damage to the property or its contents.
Please would you leave the cottage clean at the end of your holiday.
We would ask that you arrive after 3.30pm on the day of arrival and leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.
